Roast chicken breast stuffed with haggis and served with a whisky cream sauce
Grilled salmon lightly curried madras and coconut sauce with saffron basmati rice
Roast turkey with festive trimming, roast potatoes and cranberry sauce
Roast duck breast with red wine & port jus
Prime roast sirloin of local Scottish beef with creamy peppercorn sauce

Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days, during which time a non refundable deposit of £10 per person must be paid.
The Balance is payable 3 weeks prior to Christmas Day.
